About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Foreman to lead our landscape construction team. The successful candidate will be overseeing and coordinating various landscape construction activities including planting, sod installation, hardscaping, irrigation and equipment operation.



You will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish, while upholding high standards of quality, efficiency, safety and team leadership. If you are a passionate leader experienced in the civil construction industry, we encourage you to apply.

Hourly Pay Range: $38.00-$43.00/per hour.

What you'll be doing

Supervising landscape crew and ensuring tasks are completed according to specifications. Project Planning to determine work schedules, resource requirements and establish project timelines. Operating equipment such as bobcat, mini excavator, grading, and trimmers. Installing and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes. Installation of various hardscape features. Performing general landscaping duties: planting, placing sod, grading yards, ordering materials. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What we're looking for

2+ years experience in a lead hand or foreman position in the construction industry. Experience or knowledge in landscaping a strong asset. Experience with hardscape & irrigation installation an asset. Valid drivers license. Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs.
