Position Summary: The Landscape Construction Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site construction activities. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to company quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage crews, read plans, operate equipment, and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members. --- Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise landscape construction crews on job sites Interpret and execute landscape design plans, blueprints, and specifications Coordinate daily tasks, delegate work, and ensure proper use of materials and equipment Operate machinery including skid steers, mini-excavators, and compactors Perform and oversee installation of hardscapes (pavers, retaining walls, stonework), softscapes, irrigation, grading, drainage, and lighting Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and subcontractors Track project progress, materials, and crew hours Train and mentor junior crew members Ensure a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times --- Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in landscape construction, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, tools, and materials Ability to read and interpret landscape construction drawings and blueprints Experience operating landscape machinery and hand tools Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills OSHA certification or other relevant safety training is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus --- What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Company vehicle (or travel allowance) Paid time off and holidays Health and dental insurance Opportunities for advancement and continued training Supportive team environment --- How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to [Insert Email Address or Application Link].
