Responsibilities
Conduct on-site reviews to ensure compliance with construction standards.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance industry knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with project teams to address construction issues promptly.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Maintain high visibility of work activities through regular updates.
Document findings and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Utilize performance metrics to evaluate project success and areas for growth.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.
Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
Assist in training new team members on best practices and procedures.
Experience/Qualifications
10+ years in the construction industry.
IIBEC Registered Roof Observer (RRO) or Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) is an asset.
RCABC Accepted Observer is an asset.
Trades Qualification (TQ) Certificate is an asset
Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
Strong understanding of construction standards and safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and feedback.
Ability to document findings and prepare comprehensive reports.
Demonstrated ability to monitor project timelines and budgets effectively.
Ability to foster relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Experience in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Experience in training and mentoring team members on best practices.
Familiarity with performance metrics and success evaluation methods.
