This position provides leadership in the organization and management activities that establish the direction of the Field Engineering team working closely with construction and contractors. Having specific experience of working in British Columbia or working in active copper concentrator plants would be an asset.
The position will require the organization of field engineering employees, clients, budgets, policies, procedures, work practices, or compliance programs with knowledge from experience and expertise gained to perform the job duties and responsibilities listed below. This position will oversee leadership for subordinate area plant field engineering discipline leads.
The Fluor Field Engineering Manager will have responsibilities for all field engineering while benefiting from the Fluor global construction engineering functional leadership for guidance and advice on Fluor global practices.
