We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in preparing accurate project cost estimates, supporting project planning, and ensuring competitive pricing strategies. Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive construction cost estimates by analyzing drawings, specifications, and project scope documents. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to gather pricing information and negotiate terms. Perform quantity take-offs, pricing analysis, and risk assessments to ensure accurate estimates. Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules aligned with client requirements. Review bid documents for completeness and compliance with project specifications. Support project management teams throughout the bidding process and during project execution as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, labor rates, and market conditions affecting construction estimates.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of construction and steel processes and terminology. Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, and other estimating or project management software. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed quantity take-offs and pricing analysis. Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
