Compensation & Hours:

• The rate of pay will be $90,000-$100,000/year based on experience
• Based out of Lethbridge office

Position Summary:

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to identify materials, labour, and time needs
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier relationships to keep estimates current and competitive
• Provide clear, professional proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a commercial Construction Estimator
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Bonus Points For:

• Drafting experience in AutoCAD or Revit
• Experience in concrete construction
