- Award winning Renovation firm!
- Utilize your Residential Construction Estimating Skills!
- Small team with strong work ethics!
- Renovation estimating, quoting and logistics
- Ensuring pricing and estimation figures are accurate and updated
- Preparing contracts, letters and drawings
- All related documentation including entry into appropriate systems
- Ordering materials and tracking to ensure on-time delivery
- Working closely with Sales Reps, Project Managers and Designers
- Occasional Site Visits
- Attending team meetings
- A minimum 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in residential construction estimating
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional presentation and demeanor
- The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer software
- The ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
