Construction Delivery Driver

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting construction materials and supplies to job sites, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining a high standard of care. Key Responsibilities

Learn and become familiar with a variety of construction materials and equipment. Safely operate company vehicles to deliver materials to designated locations. Load, secure, and unload freight while ensuring items are handled properly. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety. Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries and materials transported. Communicate effectively with dispatch and site personnel regarding schedules or any delivery issues. Follow all traffic regulations and company safety policies while on the road. Assist with vehicle upkeep, including routine inspections and minor maintenance. Collect and remove waste and debris from construction sites as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience preferred. Experience handling freight, construction materials, or logistics is an asset. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance or mechanical repair is a plus. Ability to safely operate heavy equipment when necessary. Basic knowledge of various construction materials. Forklift experience is advantageous for loading and unloading materials. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interaction with team members and site staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
