Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Coordinator to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating material deliveries, managing equipment rentals and accommodations, and ensuring all required site documentation is gathered for project closeout.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and track material and equipment deliveries, ensuring lead times are met and schedules remain on track.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to confirm orders, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the project.
Arrange vehicle and construction equipment rentals, as well as accommodations, as required for project operations.
Work alongside Project Managers and Executive Staff to support daily coordination and communication across all project phases.
Collect and organize site paperwork, permits, inspection reports, and closeout documents.
Support Project Managers in maintaining accurate project schedules and documentation.
Communicate regularly with site teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
Maintain detailed records of deliveries, rentals, accommodations, and project correspondence.
Qualifications
Previous experience in construction coordination, project administration, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's licence is considered an asset.
