Tasks

Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials Visually inspect products for quality Read and interpret blueprints/sketches/specifications Move and align subassemblies and components Ensure electrical and plumbing installations meet government regulation Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers Detect and repair mechanical and electrical problems
