Key Responsibilities: Operations & Administration
Manage day-to-day office operations for a busy
construction company
Oversee workflow, communication systems, and reporting processes
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Create and implement office policies, SOPs, and administrative best practices
Team & Project Management
Support and manage team members to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
Delegate tasks and monitor progress across departments
Act as a bridge between teams, trades, and leadership
Lead internal meetings and provide regular operational updates
Scheduling & Coordination
Coordinate schedules, project timelines, and team calendars
Oversee resource allocation to maintain efficiency across multiple active construction projects
Communication & Reporting
Prepare reports, project updates, and documentation for upper management
Communicate professionally with clients
Technology & Tools
Advanced use of
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Use of project management and productivity tools (ClickUp, Toggl, GoHighLevel) to track timelines and deliverables
Use/knowledge of Houzz Pro/ Buildertrend preferred.
Qualifications
5+ years
of experience in
office management, project coordination, or construction administration
Proven people-management experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize under pressure
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, construction-focused environment
