We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Administrator to support our construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and quality assurance. This role involves overseeing project documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. The Construction Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and integrity of our construction operations, contributing to successful project outcomes. The candidate must be willing to travel to various job locations throughout Ontario.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, drawings, and reports.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Support project management efforts by tracking milestones, preparing reports, and updating stakeholders regularly.
Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
Hands-on experience within road construction sites
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
