Mainland Masonry Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is tech-savvy, and can confidently coordinate with multiple stakeholders in the construction industry.
What You'll Do:
Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally
Coordinate communications with developers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project workflows
Review and organize contracts and project documentation
Maintain accurate records and files
What We're Looking For:
Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience in construction administration or related field is an asset but not required
