Mission principale





Le ou la

Conseiller(ere) RH

assure un soutien complet et polyvalent aux gestionnaires et aux employes, en lien avec la culture et les valeurs de PEAK.



A la fois operationnel(le) et implique(e) strategiquement, il/elle participe activement a la gestion des processus RH, a la communication interne, a l'amelioration continue de l'experience employe et au developpement organisationnel.

Responsabilites





Administration RH




Gerer la boite courriel RH et repondre aux demandes des employes Maintenir a jour les donnees dans le systeme RH (BambooHR) Rediger divers documents RH (embauche, depart, confirmation, etc.) Mettre a jour les politiques internes dans la base documentaire



Paie et avantages sociaux



Gerer les inscriptions et mises a jour aux assurances collectives Participer au cycle de paie (1 paie sur 3 en rotation) Coordonner les autres avantages employes (carte OPUS, remboursement de formation, etc.)


Communication RH




Rediger et envoyer les infolettres RH et autres communications internes Gerer les affichages sur les ecrans internes (diapositives TV) Creer et diffuser des sondages internes Assurer la communication du comite social Collaborer avec l'equipe Marketing sur des projets marque employeur




Culture et engagement




Participer activement aux comites internes (social, sante-securite, francisation) Organiser les evenements mensuels et activites culturelles de l'entreprise Mettre en oeuvre des initiatives bien-etre en collaboration avec l'Office Manager Coordonner des activites de team building (ex. : evenements SNEAK PEAK)



Developpement organisationnel




Contribuer a des projets strategiques (etudes de marche, programmes de formation, etc.) Collaborer au suivi de l'integration des nouveaux employes apres la periode initiale Suivre les donnees RH (presence, participation, engagement) et proposer des actions Participer a l'elaboration de programmes de developpement (mentorat, coaching)

Ce que nous recherchons




Experience

: 3 a 5 ans dans un role generaliste en ressources humaines

Formation

: Diplome universitaire en RH, relations industrielles ou domaine connexe

Langues

: Bilinguisme francais/anglais (oral et ecrit)

Competences techniques

: Maitrise de Microsoft Office ; connaissance d'un SIRH (atout)

Qualites personnelles

: Autonomie, sens de l'organisation, creativite, professionnalisme

Habiletes relationnelles

: Esprit collaboratif, approche service client, capacite d'influence

Capacites analytiques et multitaches

: Resolution de problemes, gestion de priorites, adaptabilite

Primary Mission





The

HR Advisor

provides comprehensive and versatile support to managers and employees, aligned with PEAK's culture and values. Both operational and strategically involved, they actively contribute to HR process management, internal communication, continuous improvement of the employee experience, and organizational development.




Responsibilities




HR Administration




Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries Keep employee data up to date in the HR system (BambooHR) Draft various HR documents (hiring, departures, confirmations, etc.) Maintain internal policies in the documentation database



Payroll and Benefits




Manage enrollments and updates for group insurance plans Participate in payroll processing (1 out of 3 pay cycles in rotation) Coordinate other employee benefits (OPUS card, training reimbursement, etc.)


HR Communications




Write and distribute HR newsletters and internal communications Manage digital signage (TV slides) Create and distribute internal surveys Communicate on behalf of the social committee Collaborate with the Marketing team on employer brand projects


Culture and Engagement




Actively participate in internal committees (social, health and safety, francization) Organize monthly events and cultural activities Implement wellness initiatives in collaboration with the Office Manager Coordinate team-building activities (e.g., SNEAK PEAK events)


Organizational Development




Contribute to strategic projects (market studies, training programs, etc.) Support onboarding follow-ups after initial orientation Monitor HR metrics (attendance, participation, engagement) and propose actions Help develop employee programs (mentorship, coaching)


Other related duties in collaboration with the HR team.





What We're Looking For




Experience:




3 to 5 years in a generalist HR role

Education:




University degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field

Languages:




Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)

Technical Skills:




Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS knowledge is an asset

Personal Qualities:




Autonomy, organizational skills, creativity, professionalism

Interpersonal Skills:




Collaborative mindset, client-service approach, influential communicator

Analytical and Multitasking Abilities:




Problem-solving, priority management, adaptability

Assets:




Member of the CRHA/CRIA order Experience with BambooHR Background in the financial sector
