Conseiller(ere) Senior / Senior Consultant

experimente(e) pour enrichir notre equipe et soutenir la croissance de nos clients par des analyses rigoureuses et des recommandations strategiques personnalisees.

Responsabilites



Effectuer des mandats d'evaluation immobiliere pour des cas complexes lies notamment a des actifs a vocation unique, a des terrains d'envergure, a l'expropriation et au litige; Realiser des analyses dans le cadre d'etudes de marche ou de projets particuliers; Redaction de rapports narratifs complets pour depot a la cour; Preparation et participation aux seances de negociations; Etablir des previsions et des analyses financieres complexes relatives a des donnees sur le marche immobilier et developper des recommandations.

Qualifications



Baccalaureat en administration, option gestion immobiliere ou cumul de certificats incluant immobilier; Minimalement 6 a 8 annees d'experience pertinente en immobilier; Membre de l'Ordre des evaluateurs agrees du Quebec; Excellente maitrise du francais et de l'anglais (parle, lu et ecrit); Tres bonne connaissance des logiciels de la suite MS Office.

Grande rigueur et curiosite intellectuelle; Excellentes aptitudes en communication ecrite et orale; Capacite a travailler en equipe; Capacite a gerer des priorites multiples et a respecter les echeanciers serres; Capacite a travailler sous pression; Capacite a faire preuve de jugement pragmatique dans des situations complexes; Capacite a bien cerner les besoins du client, offrir un service a la clientele hors pair et fournir un service qui repond bien aux attentes/besoins du client dans des contextes particuliers; Sens analytique et esprit de synthese; Aptitude a reseauter dans la communaute d'affaires.
Interactions orales et/ou ecrites avec des locataires ou partenaires externes bases a l'exterieur du Quebec (par exemple, fournisseurs de services, cabinets d'avocats, pairs, banquiers, firmes de courtage, firmes d'analyse de credit, agences de credits, clientele non-francophone, etc.)*

division provides high-quality strategic advice to maximize real estate portfolio value while optimizing risk management. We are seeking an experienced

Senior Advisor / Senior Consultant

to enrich our team and support our clients' growth through rigorous analysis and personalized strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities



Conduct real estate valuation mandates for complex cases, particularly involving special-purpose assets, large-scale land parcels, expropriation, and litigation Perform analyses within the framework of market studies or specialized projects Draft comprehensive narrative reports for court submission Prepare for and participate in negotiation sessions Establish forecasts and complex financial analyses related to real estate market data and develop recommendations

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in administration with real estate management option, or combination of certificates including real estate Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant real estate experience Member of the Ordre des evaluateurs agrees du Quebec (Quebec Order of Certified Appraisers) Excellent command of French and English (spoken, read, and written) Strong proficiency in MS Office suite software
