Fonde en 1992, le CF Montreal est une equipe canadienne de soccer. Evoluant a travers les annees, le club est une franchise de la Ligue Majeure de Soccer (MLS) depuis 2012 soit une ligue professionnelle comprenant l'elite du Canada et des Etats-Unis. Comptant plus de 130 employes permanents et plus de 300 lors de la saison des matchs, le CF Montreal est un precurseur dans le milieu du soccer au Canada. Le CF Montreal comprend une equipe dynamique et passionnee evoluant dans un environnement de travail stimulant et toujours en evolution! Par la Fondation Impact de Montreal, qui celebrait en 2023 son 10e anniversaire, le CF Montreal est tres engage dans la communaute. Sa mission est d'organiser et de soutenir des activites en vue d'ameliorer la qualite de vie d'enfants et de familles provenant de milieux vulnerables. Elle fournit notamment des installations sportives afin de promouvoir la pratique de l'activite physique et l'insertion sociale.

Relevant du Gestionnaire, Services aux membres, le/la Conseiller.ere, Services aux membres aura comme principale mission de supporter et fideliser les detenteurs d'abonnement de saison.

Principales

responsabilites



Etablir et entretenir des relations de confiance avec nos membres par telephone, message texte et par courriel; Offrir un service a la clientele exceptionnel et veiller a la satisfaction des membres en tout temps; Assurer la retention des abonnements annuels aupres des membres deja inscrits; Repondre aux appels quotidiens des clients et des membres relatifs a nos differents forfaits, services ou toutes autres demandes; Promouvoir et vendre les differents produits offerts a nos abonnes de saison; Etre present a tous les matchs a domicile et offrir un service hors pair aux membres VIP; Effectuer toutes autres taches connexes.

Reporting to the Manager, Members Services, the Members Services Advisor's main mission will be to support and retain season ticket holders.

Responsabilities



Establish and maintain trusting relationships with our members by phone, text message, and email; Provide exceptional customer service and ensure member satisfaction at all times; Ensure the retention of annual subscriptions among already registered members; Respond to daily calls from clients and members regarding our various packages, services, or any other requests; Promote and sell various products offered to our season ticket holders; Be present at all home games and provide outstanding service to VIP members; Perform any other related tasks.


Qualifications



La personnalite ! Creative, empathique, proactive, ouverte d'esprit, ayant un grand entregent, et de fortes habiletes interpersonnelles; Des personnes energiques qui excellent dans les communications tant verbales qu'ecrites et qui ont une grande aptitude pour l'ecoute active; Detenir un DEC ou un DEP en ventes, commerce ou autres domaines connexes ou equivalents; Posseder minimum 3 ans d'experience dans le domaine du service a la clientele et/ou de la vente; Grande capacite a gerer plusieurs projets en meme temps, de facon autonome et a travailler sous pression dans des delais serres; Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, a l'oral et a l'ecrit, ce poste requiert des echanges avec des clients et/ou entreprises pouvant etre a l'exterieur du Quebec; Excellente connaissance de la suite Microsoft 365.

Qualifications



Personality! Creative, empathetic, proactive, open-minded, with great interpersonal skills; Energetic individuals who excel in both verbal and written communication and have a strong aptitude for active listening; Hold a college diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in sales, commerce, or other related fields, or equivalents; Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and/or sales; Great ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, autonomously, and work under pressure with tight deadlines; Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, as this position requires communication with clients and/or companies that may be outside Quebec; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite.
