Summary

We are seeking a passionate Conseiller a la vente saisonnier ou Conseillere a la vente saisonniere to join our team at Pandora Jewelry in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer experiences and driving sales during our peak season. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to quality and affordability.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience. Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers. Process transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring cash handling procedures are followed. Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills. Familiarity with POS systems and retail merchandising practices. Bilingualism is an asset but not mandatory. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent time management skills to handle peak season demands.
