Le specialiste Cadillac simplifie le processus de vente en prenant en charge la vente, le financement, la documentation et la livraison du vehicule. Vous serez le contact unique du client tout au long du processus d'acquisition de son vehicule.

Principales responsabilites:



Offrir un service a la clientele exceptionnel tout au long du processus d'acquisition (vente, financement, documentation et livraison). Presenter les modeles, faire des essais routiers et recommander les meilleures options d'acquisition (location, financement, achat). Proceder a la verification et aux exigences de credit appropriees. Conseiller sur les plans de protection et options additionnelles. Explication des contrats de vente, garanties et toute information pertinente aux clients. Preparation des documents necessaires pour une livraison. Veiller a la satisfaction des clients avant, pendant et apres la livraison.

Profil recherche:



Experience en vente automobile et/ou en financement automobile. Approche axee sur le client et un fort esprit d'equipe. Presentation professionnelle et respect des normes Cadillac. Disponibilite flexible, ponctualite et assiduite. Bilinguisme (francais et anglais).

Job Summary:



The Cadillac Specialist simplifies the sales process by handling the sale, financing, documentation, and vehicle delivery. You will be the unique point of contact for the customer throughout the entire vehicle acquisition process.

Main Responsibilities:



Provide exceptional customer service throughout the acquisition process (sales, financing, documentation, and delivery). Present models, accompany on test drives, and recommend the best acquisition options (lease, financing, purchase). Carry out credit verification and meet necessary requirements. Advise customers on protection plans and additional options. Explain sales contracts, warranties, and other relevant information to customers. Prepare necessary documents for delivery. Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after delivery.

Profile:



Experience in automotive sales and/or automotive financing. Customer-focused approach with a strong team spirit. Professional presentation and adherence to Cadillac standards. Flexible availability, punctuality, and reliability. Bilingual (French and English).
