2. PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS
Planifier et executer principalement les activites reliees au processus de dotation : affichages, tri de CV, entretien telephonique, entrevues, verification de references, examen medical pre-embauche.
Preparer et realiser le plan d'integration des nouveaux employes.
Participer a l'ebauche des politiques et procedures RH corporatives.
Tenir a jour les dossiers d'examens medicaux et de la vue periodiques des employes.
Interpreter les lois, reglements et conventions collectives, au besoin.
Assister le VP-RH et la Cheffe RH dans le processus de gestion des mesures disciplinaires.
Faire le classement des documents RH et mettre a jour tous les dossiers des employes.
Faire la rentrer des donnees et participer a l'ebauche de differents rapports, lettres ou autres documents relatifs aux ressources humaines.
Soutenir la planification annuelle et la mise en place des activites RH.
Effectuer toutes autres taches connexes.
3. EXIGENCES ET APTITUDES
Baccalaureat en Relations Industrielles, en Ressources Humaines, ou equivalent (souhaitable).
Bonne connaissance des normes de qualites (BPF).
1 a 2 annees d'experience dans un departement des Ressources Humaines du secteur manufacturier.
Bilinguisme (francais et anglais) et bonnes aptitudes de communication ecrite et orale.
Connaissances generales des legislations de travail en vigueur au Quebec.
Maitrise des outils informatiques, notamment la suite Microsoft.

1. JOB OBJECTIVES
Provide support across various Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, and occupational health and safety, to meet corporate needs and expectations.
2. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Focus primarily on planning and executing activities related to the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, phone interviews, in-person interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment medical exams.
Prepare and implement onboarding plans for new employees.
Participate in drafting corporate HR policies and procedures.
Keep the employee files of periodic medical and eye exams up to date.
Interpret labor laws, regulations, and collective agreements, as required.
Assist the VP-HR and the HR Chief in managing disciplinary actions.
File HR documents and maintain all employee records up to date.
Enter data and participate in drafting various reports, letters, and other HR-related documents.
Support the annual planning and implementation of HR activities.
Perform any other related tasks deemed relevant to the position.
3. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT AND APTITUDES
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or equivalent (preferred).
1 to 2 years of experience in a Human Resources department, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
Bilingual (French/English) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
General knowledge of current labor legislation in Quebec.
Proficiency in computer tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
