Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un.e Conseiller(ere) en apprentissage Technique & Formation (quart de soir) pour rejoindre notre equipe des Ressources Humaines basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez avec tous les niveaux de hierarchie pour repondre aux besoins de formation.
Vous ferez partie de l'equipe Academie de formation chargee de former les collaborateurs tout au long de leur carriere chez Airbus.
L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre role en tant que Conseiller(ere) en apprentissage Technique & Formation sera d'identifier, conseiller, influencer les parties prenantes pour travailler a l'amelioration des performances humaines mais aussi d'elaborer et mettre en oeuvre des solutions d'apprentissage en reponse a l'evaluation des competences et aussi developper et gerer des reseaux de coachs de taches aux operations.

Vos defis:
Consulter tous les niveaux de la hierarchie de l'organisation (des operateurs aux cadres) pour identifier les lacunes dans les competences et les besoins d'apprentissage ;
Recueillir des informations, analyser l'environnement, concevoir et mettre en oeuvre des plans individuels et collectifs d'amelioration des performances humaines ;
Developper, planifier, coordonner et valider les plans et activites d'apprentissage tels que : soutien structure a la tache, e-learning, formation en classe, atelier ;
Veiller a la conformite avec les reglements et procedures des autorites (gestion des donnees) ;
Soutenir les efforts d'amelioration continue de l'organisation (CAS) en appuyant ses objectifs d'apprentissage et en suivant des indicateurs de performance cles ;
Evaluer / valider les competences techniques et proposer des solutions d'apprentissage appropriees ;
Developper des competences de coaching de taches pour les operateurs
Dispenser des activites d'apprentissage telles que l'encadrement, les ateliers et la formation en classe ;
Participer aux resolutions de problemes liees aux performances humaines ;
Evaluer l'impact des activites d'apprentissage sur les performances (par exemple, RNC, ROI et temps).
Votre profil:
Possedez 3 ans et plus d'experience en usine liee a la fabrication d'aeronefs dans un poste technique, ainsi que 2 ans d'experience en apprentissage (coaching et / ou formation technique) ou en gestion de l'apprentissage.
Excellentes competences interpersonnelles, bon sens de l'ecoute et oriente verse le client.
Bonnes competences de communication verbale et ecrite.
Capacite a etablir des relations solides et de confiance.
Capacite d'influencer en faisant participer les gens et en elaborant des plans d'action axes sur les resultats.
Axe sur le travail d'equipe.
Experience comme mecanicien d'aeronef ou technicien avionique est un atout.
Bilingue (francais et anglais).
A l'aise avec la suite Google Suite.

The A220 commercial aircraft Program is looking for a Training & Technical Learning Partner (evening shift) to join our Human Resources team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you'll work with all levels of hierarchy to meet training needs.
You will be part of the Training Academy team responsible for training employees throughout their careers at Airbus.
Your role as Training & Technical Learning Partner will be to identify, advise, and influence stakeholders to collaborate on improving human performance, as well as to develop and implement learning solutions in response to skill assessments, and to develop and manage networks of task coaches for operations.

Your challenges:
Consulting all levels of the organization hierarchy (from operators to executives) to identify skills gaps and learning needs;
Gathering information, analyzing the environment, designing, and implementing individual and collective plans for improving human performance;
Developing, planning, coordinating, and validating learning plans and activities such as structured task support, e-learning, classroom training, workshops;
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and authority procedures (data management);
Supporting the organization's continuous improvement efforts (CAS) by backing its learning goals and establishing and monitoring key performance indicators;
Assessing/validating technical skills and proposing appropriate learning solutions;
Developing task coaching skills for operators;
Delivering learning activities such as mentoring, workshops, and classroom training;
Participating in problem-solving related to human performance;
Assessing the impact of learning activities on performance (e.g., RNC, ROI, and time).
Your boarding pass:
Have 3 years or more of experience in aircraft manufacturing-related factory work in a technical role, along with 2 years of experience in apprenticeship (coaching and/or technical training) or learning management.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a good sense of listening and customer focused.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to establish strong and trustworthy relationships.
Ability to influence by engaging people and developing results-oriented action plans.
Team work oriented.
Experience as an aircraft mechanic or avionics technician is an asset.
Bilingual (French and English).
Comfortable with Google Suite.
