Senior Sales Representant

for its

Barrie, Ontario office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting and representing Bonneville Homes in a professional manner, and for providing exemplary customer service.

Your daily routine



Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues and offering support throughout the purchasing and project delivery process.

Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, social media, etc.)

Build strong customer relationships and nurture brand loyalty

Assess customer needs through in-depth interviews

Present and show different housing models, explaining their respective features, benefits and customizable options

Validate and follow up on financing, land, preliminary plans, finishing touches, building permits, surveyor, etc.

Manage sales contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations

Coordinate visits to the Design Center and factory to enable customers to visualize the progress of their project and discuss technical details

Collaborate with design, production and installation teams to ensure efficient project progress

Maintain up-to-date sales, prospect and customer data in the computer system

Prospect for new customers using various resources (databases, trade shows, referrals, social media, etc.)

Monitor market trends, new technologies and competition to stay informed and propose innovative solutions

Oversee and supervise sales office operations (customer service, promotion, events, etc.).

Verify sales opportunities that may arise for the company.

Develop and oversee the implementation of sales strategies with senior management

Your expertise



Minimum 5 years' experience in sales

Relevant experience in the construction industry an asset

Bilingualism, both written and spoken (French/English) an asset

Computer skills (MS Office, Teams/Zoom, etc.)

Professionalism and courtesy

High level of commitment to provide exemplary customer service

Communication, sales and negotiation skills

Goal-oriented

Team spirit

Willingness to travel for corporate events
