  • Prendre part activement \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9laboration et la mise en place des initiatives marketing des diff\xc3\xa9rentes marques avec l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe interne ainsi que nos agences, autant pour le volet digital que traditionnel.
  • Gestion de l\xe2\x80\x99ouverture des nouveaux ateliers sous votre responsabilit\xc3\xa9.
  • Faire la gestion de la participation aux plans digitaux au niveau local.
  • Service-conseil : supporter et entretenir les relations au niveau marketing avec les ateliers.
  • Comprendre et pouvoir expliquer les diff\xc3\xa9rentes tactiques de marketing digital (ex : SEO, SEM\xe2\x80\xa6)
  • Assurer l\xe2\x80\x99ex\xc3\xa9cution parfaite de chaque lancement des campagnes marketing ainsi que le soutien de celles existantes.
  • R\xc3\xa9diger et monter les infolettres mensuelles.
  • Gestion des m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux.
  • Coordination et maintien d\xe2\x80\x99une multitude de plateformes digitales avec les divers intervenants/agences.
  • Participer \xc3\xa0 la pr\xc3\xa9paration des rencontres d\xe2\x80\x99information avec les diff\xc3\xa9rents r\xc3\xa9seaux.
  • Participer \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9laboration du congr\xc3\xa8s annuel.
  • Travailler en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec le service des op\xc3\xa9rations afin d\xe2\x80\x99optimiser la pr\xc3\xa9sence des produits/services ainsi que des promotions en lieu de vente.
  • Autres projets marketing.
Exigences du poste
  • BAC en marketing ou exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente
  • 2-4 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en marketing, principalement num\xc3\xa9rique.
  • Bilinguisme en fran\xc3\xa7ais et anglais autant au parl\xc3\xa9 qu\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9crit (essentiel)
  • Connaissances du marketing num\xc3\xa9rique et traditionnel, marketing de contenu et des m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Connaissances : Mailchimp, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Facebook, Instagram
  • Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences de communication : \xc3\xa9criture, pr\xc3\xa9sentation et relationnel
  • Optimisme & style de travail collaboratif avec l\xe2\x80\x99ensemble des parties prenantes : \xc3\xa9quipe marketing, \xc3\xa9quipe des op\xc3\xa9rations, \xc3\xa9quipe de la haute direction et les franchis\xc3\xa9s.

Job Overview

Uniban Canada is a proud member of the Driven BrandsTM family and is part of the Auto Glass division within the larger organization. Our Canadian team is looking for a competent Marketing Consultant to support and execute many marketing projects at the same time. As a Marketing Consultant, you will work in close collaboration and under the responsibility of the Director of Marketing and be responsible for executing the marketing tactics for two of our brands in either Quebec (VitroPlus/Ziebart and Docteur du Pare-Brise) or in English Canada (UniglassPlus/Ziebart & Go! Glass and Accessories). You will be responsible for supporting the marketing department\xe2\x80\x99s initiatives with the planning, executing and tracking of marketing programs such as email, in-store material, event, social media or content with the goal of maintaining marketing objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of the brand\xe2\x80\x99s strategies with the internal team as well as our agencies, both for the digital and traditional aspects.
  • Lead the new store openings under the brands you support.
  • Support the deployment of comprehensive national market marketing and media plans.
  • Manage franchisees participation in local digital marketing programs.
  • Ability to track and analyze campaign progress and results in digital or traditional with the objective of improving marketing KPIs.
  • Understand and explain digital marketing tactics to the franchisees (ex: SEO, SEM\xe2\x80\xa6).
  • Lead social media content for the brands under his/her responsibility.
  • Lead the monthly newsletters.
  • Manage the quarterly meetings with the franchisees.
  • Participate in the development of the annual convention.
  • Perform required translations of various documents.
  • Work closely with the operations department to optimize the point of sales promotion.
  • Work with the agency to update content on the websites.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or communications
  • 3-5 years of experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Must be fluently bilingual in English and French both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Is optimistic with a collaborative working style to effectively interface with marketing team, vendors, store manager/regional managers, and leadership
  • Solution-oriented (when presenting an issue, this person will come to the table with a solution in mind)
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Has a creative flair
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Is optimistic and enjoys teamwork
