Responsabilites principales :
Identifier le besoin du client quant a l'entretien et la reparation de son vehicule;
Offrir et promouvoir differents services apres-vente et services de prevention ou de maintenance;
Effectuer le service conseil avec la clientele;
Etablir une relation de confiance avec la clientele;
Evaluer le cout d'entretien, rediger un bon de travail et en faire le suivi;
Effectuer des taches connexes ou demandees par le directeur de service.
Qualifications et competences requises :
Posseder une experience pertinente en vente et en service a la clientele;
- Pouvoir communiquer en francais et en anglais afin de repondre aux besoins de notre clientele bilingue;
Avoir de l'entregent, posseder un excellent service a la clientele et etre passionne par la vente;
Capacite a travailler sous pression;
Professionnalisme, courtoisie et presentation soignee;
Avoir de la facilite et de l'interet a travailler en equipe;

Main responsibilities:
Identify the customer's need for vehicle maintenance and repair;
Offer and promote various after-sales services and preventive or maintenance services;
Provide customer service advice;
Establish a relationship of trust with customers;
Evaluate the cost of maintenance, write a work order and follow up on it;
Carry out related tasks or those requested by the service manager.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Relevant experience in sales and customer service;
- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and a passion for sales;
Ability to work under pressure;
Professionalism, courtesy and neat presentation;
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
Organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals.
