Competences techniques recherchees

Experience demontree en milieu manufacturier
avec risques ergonomiques (TMS), travail en hauteur, equipements de levage, soudure, risques machines et cadenassage

Capacite a realiser :
Analyses de risques.
Enquetes d'accidents et analyses de causes.
Audits et inspections de terrain.
Connaissance d'un systeme de gestion SST (ISO 45001 un atout).
Experience en animation de formations SST.
Experience
3 a 7 ans d'experience
en prevention SST dans un environnement manufacturier.
Experience dans le domaine industriel ou mecanique (HVAC, metallurgie, assemblage, mecanique industrielle ou equivalent) un atout.
Participation a la mise en place de programmes SST (ergonomie, EPI, cadenassage).
Experience avec la gestion d'indicateurs SST (TRIR)
Formation
DEC ou BAC en

Formations en cadenassage, chariot elevateur, espaces clos, transport de marchandises dangereuses (un atout).

Animer des rencontres securite et toolbox meetings.
Gerer l'analyse et le suivi des near miss.
Mettre a jour procedures SST et programmes legaux.
Coordonner la formation SST et le comite de sante et securite.
Supporter les assignations temporaires, les retours au travail et gestion des dossiers CNESST.
Promouvoir une culture de prevention durable.

Reporting to the EHS Manager
, the person will be responsible for supporting operations to reduce accident risks, improve prevention, and maintain a proactive health and safety culture on the production floor.
Required Technical Skills
Strong understanding of health and safety laws and regulations (CNESST, LSST, RSST, WHMIS).
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with ergonomic risks (MSDs), working at heights, lifting equipment, welding, machine hazards, and lockout/tagout procedures.
Ability to perform:
Risk analyses.
Accident investigations and root cause analyses.
Field audits and inspections.
Knowledge of a health and safety management system (ISO 45001 is an asset).
Experience delivering health and safety training.
Experience
3 to 7 years of experience in health and safety prevention in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in industrial or mechanical fields (HVAC, metallurgy, assembly, industrial mechanics or equivalent) is an asset.
Participation in the implementation of health and safety programs (ergonomics, PPE, lockout/tagout).
Experience managing health and safety indicators (TRIR).
Education
College diploma (DEC) or bachelor's degree (BAC) in health and safety, environment, industrial engineering, industrial hygiene, or labor relations.
Training in lockout/tagout, forklift operation, confined spaces, transportation of dangerous goods (an asset).
CPR/First Aid certification (an asset).

Update health and safety procedures and legal programs.
Coordinate health and safety training and the safety committee.
Support temporary assignments, return-to-work processes, and CNESST case management.
