Tesla Motors is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position requires a high-level customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the technical acumen, but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. What You'll Do

Repondre aux appels telephoniques, aux courriels et aux visites en personne afin de resoudre les problemes des clients avec le plus haut niveau de reponse et d'attention Retourner les appels telephoniques et les courriels manques dans un delai de moins de 5 minutes Determiner si la solution technique peut etre resolue par telephone ; transmettre immediatement le probleme au chef d'atelier ou au directeur de service pour qu'il soit traite immediatement Enregistrer avec precision les problemes et les donnees dans le systeme de gestion du concessionnaire. Le souci du detail est essentiel Effectuer des transactions avec le systeme ; guider le client dans la correction et lui fournir un resume Communiquer le temps de realisation estime, les mises a jour regulieres et le suivi de chaque vehicule du client
Coordonner les details de chaque vehicule avant la livraison
Answer phone calls, emails, and drive ins to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention Return missed phone calls, email in no less than 5 minutes Determine if technical solution can be resolved over the phone; escalate immediately to Shop Foreman / Service Manager to provide immediate attention Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System. Attention to detail critical Conduct Transactions w/ system; walk customers through correction and provide summary Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle Coordinate the detail of every vehicle prior to delivery

Connaissance des methodes, techniques, pieces, outils et materiaux utilises pour l'entretien et la reparation des vehicules Experience de l'utilisation operationnelle et de l'entretien d'une grande variete d'outils electriques manuels, d'outils d'atelier et d'equipement d'essai automobile et electrique Comprehension des techniques automobiles de base liees a la reparation et a l'entretien des automobiles Le candidat retenu pour le poste devra soutenir des projets dans toutes les provinces canadiennes et communiquer quotidiennement principalement en anglais avec le personnel et les clients hors du Quebec Capacite a utiliser les Systeme(s) de gestion du concessionnaire, Outlook et MS Office Permis de conduire de classe 5, G ou G2 valide au Canada


Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles Experience in operational use and maintenance of a wide variety of hand power tools, shop tools, and automotive and electrical test equipment Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles The successful candidate will be required to support projects in all Canadian provinces and communicate daily primarily in English with staff and clients outside of Quebec Ability to use Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, and MS Office Must maintain a valid Class 5, G or G2 driver's license for Canada
