Rendre en charge le cycle complet de recrutement pour des postes corporatifs a l'echelle du Canada (de la prise de besoin a l'embauche); Assurer une experience candidat hors du commun et proposer des solutions d'amelioration en la matiere; Conseiller, supporter et accompagner les gestionnaires d'embauche tout au long du processus; Batir des relations solides avec les clients internes, afin d'etablir une relation de confiance base sur les capacites professionnelles; Rester a l'affut des dernieres tendances et faire evoluer la pratique; Assurer un rayonnement de la marque employeur sur les differentes plateformes numeriques; Toutes autres taches connexes.



Facteurs de reussite




Une formation academique en ressources humaines ou une experience equivalente en recrutement. Une bonne connaissance des lois en matiere d'emploi. Une bonne maitrise de la suite MS Office. Bilinguisme (Francais et Anglais) a l'oral et a l'ecrit. Capacites exceptionnelles d'organisation de gestion des priorites. Reconnue pour ses habiletes de communication, axe sur le service a la clientele et capable d'influencer les decisions.

Responsibilities





Be in charge of the complete recruitment cycle for corporate positions across Canada (from needs intake to hiring);

Ensure an outstanding candidate experience and propose solutions for improvement in this area;

Advise, support and accompany hiring managers throughout the process;

Build strong relationships with internal clients, in order to establish a relationship of trust based on professional abilities;

Stay on top of the latest trends and evolve the practice;

Ensure the influence of the employer brand on the various digital platforms;

Any other related tasks.


Success factors





An academic background in human resources or equivalent experience in recruitment.

Good knowledge of employment laws.

A good command of the MS Office suite.

Bilingualism (French and English) oral and written.

Exceptional organizational and priority management skills.

* Recognized for her communication skills, customer service oriented and able to influence decisions.
