Configuration Analyst

to join our team. In this role you will assist in creating a seamless digital experience, learning our business process and how our customers interact with Forward.

Forward Insurance Managers Ltd. is a Managing Underwriting Agency licensed across Canada and distributes property & casualty insurance products through brokerage partners. Our vision is to blend traditional insurance delivery with technology for a modern approach. People + Technology. This role reports to the Managing Director.

:

Configuration, management and design of digital insurance solution.

Assist in user testing efforts and resolution of testing conflicts.

Create and maintain accurate documentation.

Production and analysis of reports.

Promote and model Forward culture, values, and brand promise.

Continuously build professional and technical expertise.

Achieve performance targets.

Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Experience with, or knowledge of, web development technologies.

Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Javascript.

Advanced Excel experience.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Proficient in mathematic calculations.

Knowledge of design processes and methodologies with ability to be flexible.

Ability to deliver high-quality work at pace, able to adjust to a steep learning curve and adapt to change.

Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Successful completion of a criminal record check.

Education / Experience:

Computer science, web development or other relevant post-secondary education.

Knowledge of insurance industry is not required but would be considered major asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
