The Confidential Secretary is accountable for the organization and efficient operations for data entry for workplace incident reports, mandatory OH&S training, Occupational Health Committee minutes and additional clerical support as required for the Department of Health & Safety.

This position is specific to supporting the provincial replication of the Individual Client Risk Assessment (ICRA) program. The ICRA program is designed to empower SHA staff to assess, communicate and mitigate risk of violence from individuals in real time, to help protect themselves and others in the workplace.
This position can be situated anywhere in the province and may require provincial travel. Strong collaboration and organization skills will be an asset as the successful candidate will work closely with a team of specialists and an associate for successful integration and sustainment of the ICRA program. Tasks will include tracking provincial rollout of the ICRA to sites across the province and communications with local leader to prepare for the ICRA training and implementation.
