Conference Facilitator

Conference Facilitator responsibilities include:
- Arranging meeting facilities and preparing agendas
- Managing conference logistics
- Acting as liaison between participants, presenters, and vendors
- Collecting feedback and facilitating discussion
- Ensuring all conference materials are prepared and distributed
- Assist with conference setup and breakdown
- Other duties as assigned

Conference Facilitator skills:
- Proven experience as a Conference Facilitator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Ability to identify risks and proactively find solutions
- Familiarity with security systems and data analysis is a plus
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
