Cone Artists

Cone Artists are product aficionados, cross-trained to work at the cash station, in the kitchen and on the line, as needed. As a cashier, they are the ultimate brand ambassadors, making people happy and keeping the line moving. On the food prep side, Cone Artists deliver creative and amazing ice cream experiences, preparing all ingredients and assembling cones to order.

Essential Functions:

Deliver the ultimate customer experience and represent the Sweet Jesus brand with enthusiasm Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact Recommend and prepare over-the-top ice cream creations that wow every time Assemble cones and other desserts to order using Sweet Jesus' recipe specifications Maintain consistent product quality and presentation Engage customers with personalized service and product knowledge Follow all food handling, health, and safety guidelines Operate food preparation equipment including blenders, mixers, and freezers Stock ingredients and supplies Clean and sanitize blenders, tools, equipment, and work areas as needed Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly Responsible for balancing float at the beginning and end of each shift Assist with merchandise display and general upkeep of the physical store

Requirements:

Must be at least 17 years of age 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or food service environment preferred Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop during assigned shift Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
