Lui's Cement is looking for a

reliable and experienced Concrete Laborer

to join our growing team. We're seeking someone who takes pride in their craft, works hard, and is committed to helping us deliver top-tier concrete projects. If you have a solid work ethic, a bit of concrete experience under your belt (or more), and you're loyal to the people you work with, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with site prep, forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for driveways, sidewalks, patios, slabs, and more. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively (e.g., trowels, saws, compactors). Follow direction from crew leads and foremen to meet project specs and timelines. Set up and strip formwork with precision and care. Clean up work areas, tools, and equipment to maintain safe and organized sites. Help monitor concrete curing and finishing processes for quality results. Contribute to a positive team environment that values efficiency and craftsmanship.

Requirements

Previous experience in concrete construction (flatwork, formwork, or finishing) is

strongly preferred

. Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Reliable, punctual, and ready to work in changing outdoor conditions. A strong sense of responsibility, loyalty, and willingness to learn. Ability to communicate clearly and work well with others. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is a

strong asset

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
