Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to concrete construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Assist with the preparation of concrete surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing
- Set up concrete forms and ensure they are properly aligned
- Pour and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand or power tools
- Apply curing and sealing compounds to protect the concrete
- Assist with the installation of reinforcing materials such as rebar
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in concrete construction or related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with others
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
