Position Overview:

Abide by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely. Perform a pre and post-trip safety check on equipment and the truck to assure a safe vehicle. Document any maintenance that may be required. Inspect truck for maintenance required and potential repairs Operate and drive truck in a safe and efficient manner Operate concrete mixer to pour concrete for customers Operate front end loader to load concrete trucks with sand and stone. Operate cement silo to load truck with cement powder. Climb ladders and maintain concrete truck.

o Communicate with customers o Wash truck every night and load for the following morning

Qualifications:

DZ/AZ license Must be able to provide 3 year Driver Experience letter High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner Effective communication skills - must be able to carry out verbal instructions, read labels and signs Time management skills Volumetric Mixer experience an asset Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks

Working Conditions:

Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, and materials Ability to a lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Required good manual dexterity Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis. Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold. Flexible working hours including occasional weekend work.
