Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Concrete Supervisor to oversee and manage concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with concrete equipment, a strong understanding of concrete placement and finishing techniques, and the ability to lead a team effectively. A valid driver's license is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of concrete construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Operate and oversee the use of concrete-related equipment such as mixers, pumps, screeds, and finishing tools.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Train, mentor, and manage crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor material usage and inventory, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling of concrete and related materials.
• Conduct site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, equipment maintenance, and project progress.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs or maintenance as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, and curing processes.
• Hands-on experience with concrete equipment and tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in concrete finishing or related field.
• OSHA or other safety certifications.
• Experience with GPS or laser-guided equipment for concrete placement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
