Rafat is hiring Concrete

Ready-Mix Truck Drivers

to safely deliver concrete to commercial, residential, and infrastructure job sites across the GTA. You'll operate modern mixer trucks, work closely with dispatch and site crews, and uphold our safety-first standards.

What You'll Do

Complete

pre-trip/post-trip inspections

, daily logs, and defect reports. Load, transport, and deliver ready-mix;

operate drum, chutes, and remote/controls

to place concrete as directed. Manage

slump and water additions

per ticket and quality requirements. Set up safely on site (spotters, traffic control, PPE) and follow

MTO/WSIB

and company procedures. Perform proper

washout/washdown

and environmental housekeeping. Provide professional, courteous service to customers and crews.
What You Bring

Valid Ontario DZ (or AZ) licence

with

Z (air brake)

endorsement;

clean abstract

. Ready-mix/mixer or heavy commercial driving experience

preferred

(we'll train strong candidates). Comfortable with early starts, variable hours, weekends as needed, and GTA driving. Physically able to

handle chutes

(?50-75 lb), climb ladders, and work outdoors. Reliable communicator with a strong safety mindset.
Nice to Have

Ready-mix or construction delivery experience. Concrete basics (ticket reading, slump, additives).
