Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role involves various tasks related to concrete construction and requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Duties

Operate loaders and other heavy equipment for transporting materials. Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various projects. Perform concrete finishing tasks to ensure a smooth and durable surface. Engage in concrete forming activities, setting up molds for pouring. Dig trenches and prepare sites for concrete installation. Collaborate with team members to build structures according to specifications. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Experience with loader operation and heavy equipment operation is preferred. Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is essential. Familiarity with mechanical processes related to construction is beneficial. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods. A valid commercial driving license is a plus but not mandatory. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively on-site. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project requirements.
