Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a responsible, dependable, safe and capable Concrete Pump Operator. If you have experience operating a concrete pump and are looking for stable employment, then hit the apply button!

Responsibilities:

Pre and post trip inspection including checking oil, antifreeze, boom, etc. Ensure all necessary equipment, such as hoses, blow out ball, etc. are available. Fill water tank at the water station. Correspond with dispatch on job site information and address. Drive pump truck to job sites in a safe manner. Put down outrigger pads and extend outriggers leveling pump. Unfold boom and attach hoses as needed. Uncover the hopper and prime pump with water. Operation of remote-control console to control flow of product. Guide trucks back to pump hopper and coordinate concrete into hopper. Communicates with site crews and placers. Keep a clean and tidy truck both inside and out. Participate in all safety policies and procedures including reviewing weekly HSEs, identifying hazards, reporting incidents, wearing PPE, etc. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Valid class 1 or 3 drivers license with air brake endorsement. Clean driving record evidenced by drivers abstract. 1+ years of previous experience with operating a concrete pump truck or mixer truck.

Hours of Work:

Hours of work may vary; however, regular working schedule of Monday - Friday, with a Saturday rotation.
