Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead crew members, providing guidance, instruction, and support Operate and maintain concrete pump Manage preventative maintenance of pump including cleaning/greasing as required Collaborate with PM's to ensure proper project execution Work with other divisions within the company to complete projects Read blueprints and site plans

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-4 years concrete experience Must have a valid drivers license and condition 15, ability to drive a trailer Be a team player Good organization and time management skills Can stand, walk, and bend for long hours Work outside in various weather conditions Be open to a variety of different tasks that can differ day-to-day Must be able to lift 100lbs+
