We are currently hiring a

Concrete Polishing Installer

for a

large overnight project

lasting approximately

3-4 months

, with

additional work available on the road afterward

Position Details

Schedule:

Overnight shifts (evenings to early mornings)

Project Length:

3-4 months initially

Future Work:

Continued projects with travel/road work after completion

Location:

Initial project based locally, with travel opportunities afterward

Responsibilities

Concrete grinding, polishing, and sealing Operating polishing machines, grinders, and hand tools Surface preparation and cleanup Following safety procedures and site-specific requirements Working efficiently as part of a team during overnight shifts Traveling to job sites as required for future projects

Requirements

Experience in concrete polishing, grinding, or related construction work (preferred but willing to train the right candidate) Ability to work overnight shifts consistently Physically capable of lifting equipment and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Willingness to travel for out-of-town work after the initial project

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
