Position: Concrete Plant Assistant Manager

We are looking for a skilled and reliable

Assistant Manager

to join our concrete division. This position is designed to support our Concrete Plant Manager by taking on day-to-day operations and field responsibilities to ensure smooth production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage a concrete batch plant when required Assist with general plant and equipment maintenance Drive and operate a concrete mixer truck when needed Perform basic on-site concrete testing (slump, air, cylinders, etc.) Help coordinate dispatching and plant logistics Support sales, pricing, and quoting Handle billing, ticket collection, and client approvals Step in wherever needed to keep concrete operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete operations (batching, truck driving, or testing) Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to help with repairs and maintenance Class 3 license with air brakes preferred Familiarity with concrete mix designs and field testing Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Willingness to be flexible and help wherever needed
