Overview

High-Definition Concrete Services is looking for a reliable and motivated Concrete placing foreman to lead a small crew responsible for executing high-quality concrete placing work on various civil and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to manage multiple jobs efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with the team and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Run a small crew and be able to execute 1-3 placing jobs per day, depending on size Measure and complete concrete volume takeoffs to assist with ordering and checking balances for final loads lead and work alongside a small team of placers and finishers effectively Maintain a strong eye for quality -- both finish and grade Communicate with formwork crew and placing supervisor Perform concrete placing and finishing for civil (curbs, sidewalks, bands, medians), architectural (walls, stamped concrete, stairs), and commercial (slabs, toppings, foundations) projects Perform and document final measurements of units poured each day and relay to the PM or coordinator

Requirements:

Valid class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing schedules Minimum 5 years' experience leading small crews in placing and finishing projects At least 10 years of placing and finishing experience Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required)
