Schedule
Day shift:
Monday-Friday,
7:00am-4:00pm-ish
Pour days may run longer / vary
depending on the pour and any troubleshooting
Weekends & holidays generally off
Job Sites:
Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley (varied locations).
What you'll do
Place and spread material to grade during pours (lightweight gyp/concrete-style work)
Work with the pump/operator and crew to maintain flow, levels, and clean transitions
Help with prep, protection, and jobsite organization before/during/after pours
Maintain tools and keep the work area safe, clean, and professional
On non-pour days: work at our
flooring warehouse
prepping for the next pour and helping with warehouse tasks across divisions (loading, staging, organization, material handling) -- including
delivering materials to job sites
when needed
Must-haves
5+ years
concrete experience (placing, screeding/leveling support, finishing support, jobsite coordination, etc.)
Comfortable with a
physical, fast-paced job
: lifting, pushing/pulling, lots of walking/standing, bending, and working on active job sites
Strong teamwork and communication -- you make the crew better, not louder

Pay
$28-$35/hr
