Job Overview

We are seeking for a skilled Concrete Laborer or Foreman to join our construction division. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork. As a Concrete Laborer/Foreman, you will be responsible for various tasks related to concrete construction, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various structures, including foundations, slabs, and walls. Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate placement and finishing of concrete. Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively. Build concrete and rock retention walls. Build concrete patios, sidewalk, paver patios. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Fluent spoken and written Spanish is required. Experience in concrete labor or related construction fields is required. Experience in landscaping maintenance, soft-scaping and hard-scaping is required. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics is essential. Familiarity with construction estimating practices is a plus. Ability to supervise small teams effectively when required. Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
