Location: Various Job Sites (Local and Out of Town)

Pay: $23.00 $38.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Overtime: Paid
Bonuses: Christmas Bonus Based on Attendance & Performance

We are seeking reliable and skilled Concrete Labourers to join our team for commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have some experience in concrete work and be able to work in a dynamic, changing job environment.

Responsibilities:
Raking and screeding concrete

Assisting with pouring and finishing tasks

Working on commercial and industrial construction sites

Maintaining a clean and safe job site

Collaborating with other crew members and supervisors

Requirements:
Previous experience in concrete work is required (minimum 6 months preferred)

Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions

Willingness to travel for out-of-town jobs when needed

Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions

Compensation and Benefits:
Wage: $23.00 $38.00/hour depending on experience

Overtime Pay: Available

Bonuses: Performance and attendance-based bonus paid at Christmas

Travel: Accommodations and meals covered for out-of-town work (food allowance included in the following paycheque)

Schedule: Hours vary depending on project needs (never the same daily), but this is a full-time, year-round role

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
