Tasks

Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware Utilize hand and power tools Assemble and fit plates and sections to form structures Measure and cut insulating materials to required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools Construct and repair wood or metal supports and structures Shape surfaces or edges of wood workpieces, using hand tools, such as planes, chisels, or wood files.
