We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role involves various tasks related to concrete construction, requiring both physical stamina and attention to detail. The Concrete Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various projects, including foundations, sidewalks, and driveways. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications. Collaborate with team members to build forms and set up necessary equipment for concrete pouring. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Previous experience in concrete labor or related construction fields is preferred. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality control practices. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site. Knowledge of budgeting principles related to construction projects is advantageous.

Pay: $18.50-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
