Company Overview:We are the leading concrete contractor in the Edmonton area. Focusing on primarily new city developments and Commercial projects, we are actively seeking Concrete Finisher/Form setters and Concrete Foreman to join our team and grow within!Roles & Responsibilities:Concrete Finishers/ Form setters:

• MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF CITY SPEC AND EXPERIENCE WITH CURB AND GUTTER
• Install formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcements as per specifications
• Place and finish concrete to desired elevations and required finish
• Operate compaction equipment
• Apply hardeners, cures, and sealers to surface
• Apply architectural, exposed, patterned or stamped, broomed and smooth finishes on concrete surfaces

• MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF CITY SPEC AND EXPERIENCE WITH CURB AND GUTTER
• Overseeing all activities pertaining to concrete preparation, placement, installation, finishing, and curing of Sidewalks, Pads, Ramps, Curb and Gutter, and Crossings,
• Resolving all problems that may affect project quality and completion.
• Delegating tasks to concrete workers and providing overall guidance.
• Ensuring that formwork is erected, supported, and dismantled based on engineering designs and drawings
• Overseeing the placement and finishing of concrete and ensuring proper desired elevations and required finish

• Minimum 3 years of experience for Finishers & Foreman
• Experience with concrete and gravel base
• Experienced with hand crew concrete laying procedures
• Able to operate small hand and power tools
• Class 5 driver\'s license with clean driver\'s abstract
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent management and leadership skills
