Prepare production and other reports Supervise workers and projects Co-ordinate and schedule activities Oversee apprenticeship training Estimate costs and materials Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Recommend personnel actions Read blueprints and drawings Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Leading/instructing individuals Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
