Concrete Mason / ICF Finisher

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Stone Mason to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry and be capable of working on various projects, specializing in expert stone masonry, ICF, foundations, floors fireplaces, and more.

We are currently looking for a

Concrete/Floor Mason

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in stone masonry/concrete or related construction field, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities

Perform stone masonry tasks, including the construction and finishing of fireplaces, exterior stonework, and interior stone features. Prepare and install stone materials, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Operate power tools and equipment associated with stone masonry work. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Collaborate with team members on other construction tasks as needed. Follow supervisor instructions to complete tasks efficiently, accurately, and safely.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong skills and understanding of stone masonry techniques and practices. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Physical stamina and capability to lift and move heavy materials regularly. Flexibility and adaptability to meet project demands.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of stone masonry or related construction experience required. Valid G Class driver's license preferred. Reliable and proactive with a proven track record of dependability. Comfortable working outdoors and in varied weather conditions. Must have reliable transportation or ability to commute/relocate to Huntsville, ON (preferred).

Pay: $21.50-$40.00 per hour
