Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 44 per week Salary: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Benefits:
Our outdoor work environment is ideal for curbing the pandemic. In most scenarios, we are able to stay 6\' apart and maintain social distancing from any and all clients. Workers sanitize and are tested regularly to ensure no one within our team gets sick. Experience:
- Footing Layout, Formwork, and Concrete Placement
- Foundation Wall Layout, Formwork and Concrete Placement
- Sidewalk and Curb Placement or Repairs
- Decorative Concrete applications (Stamped, Exposed Aggregate, PebbleStone etc.)
- Cementitious and Epoxy coatings
- Concrete Polishing, Repairs, and Overlays
- Able to complete the following desired concrete finishes: Exposed, Stamped, Broom, and
- Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specifications.
- Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete
- Physical abilities: handling heavy loads; standing for extended periods; bending; crouching; kneeling.
- At least 2 years of experience as a concrete finisher
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
- Stamped concrete experience is an asset
- Own steel-toed boots
- Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
- Personal PPE is required: hard hat, steel-toed boots and safety glasses.
- 2 years (Preferred, Not Required)
